Super-hard cutting materials can be freely used to make cutting edge and guide bar to achieve high speed, high precision and deep hole boring. Rigid rolling tool with cylindrical roller is used to make rolling hole. As plastic deformation is formed on metal surface, small surface roughness can be corrected and reduced. Surface heat treatment and fine finishing of part can be replaced. Small adjustment is allowed with safe and reliable properties. Compared with conventional grinding process, oil cylinder processing is featured by high efficiency, high precision, high surface fineness and strong metal strength.
